Weekends Project

So yeah..  every weekends now fill with on going project (yet another present - this time as a goodbye present - for my beloved-beautiful-italian teacher, Jessica Longo.

_ which is btw not finish and its due dec 15th - i thin i will get more creative a day before deadline :-P _

She will be proud if i wrote this in italian but its monday, 10.39pm and my brain just kind of stuck :-P
to think any words in italian hehe .. (plus now i remember i have the family three homework i have to do before wednesday huaaaa!!!! :S).

Piece of the inspiration phase

In order to create i usually need GOOD-high-beat-songs. .
mostly to keep me awake and away from the temptation of
                            . . s l e e p i n g . .
           - no idea, why i m so in love with this activity-

And somehow David Guetta songs and collaboration inject me a lot
with 'INSPIRATION' and feeling of using an other form of drugs
(in this case is legal and effect will be different to each person who
listen to his songs) that kept me to create/produce/do .. something.

Lust to "CREATE"

So after i get a job and so on..

I found myself..
rather 'relax'on creating or producing some creative masterpiece.
Even tho there are something i NEED (eventually) to be done, and 2nd week of dec is seem
very very far away...  ^_^

Was thought going to (eventually) finished it, and yet 2nd of weekend and i stil stuck with what i've working on pass 2 weeks (no single drawing added, nor color in what-so-ever).

sleep at the weekends are somehow more appealing than creating atm.
Sigh. H-E-L-P?! :-P

1st thing 1st i assume.

1. Changed my work place 'appearance' .
    (in a hope my mood will be attracted to it and gave me strength to produce)
2. CReaTE ( and eventually made those list (of masterpieces) done-done-done)

My Expectation

Human usually want to have something that they don't have.

When they have a straight hair, they want to have curly hair,
when they have tanned skin they want it to fairer or any kind of dissatisfactions about ourself.

Sometime when we see other people and see how they look or appearance,
we think they actually living a dream. Until they told us their problems and challenges in life.
Everybody have problems, the important is how we overcome it.

There must be a solution on anything, like my husband always said..
- as quote - " focus on problems and find the solution" - which is so true,
even tho the 1st thing i would react was cry (well i m very expressive person,
i just need to let it out until i could focus on it and solve it).

After few months wanting for something, and eventually after all this time consume with new adaptation, paperworks, marriage etc then i get it!
I get what i really wanted fo far .
Endlich! Alhamdullilah! :-)

Home Alone part 2

I guess i tend to write more when he's away. 

No idea why. 

So i went to my Friend in Seefeld, which was amazing. 

We talked and find out that we have several words in indonesian that has meaning in her language (Russian). And we just laugh out loud, cos it was totally accidentally. 

Like when we talked about forest and she saw lot of  squirrel and i automatically said tupai , she suddenly laugh cos in her language is something kinda  bad word ( or S***ing), well not bad just not nice. 

Or when i told her that my nephew (from my husband Bro) is also mix Russian and he always said 'Perdunia' when he get mad. It turn out it means someone who fart! Lol.. 

My of my. 

No i m back to my' safe zone' working on another 'abschied party' present for my Italian teacher in VHS next December. I know i still have a lot of time, but i have to make like 8 - 9 portrait of my classmate and some typical Innsbruck view for the background. 

So SEMANGAT! :-P :-D

Home Alone part 1

Its been very weird to be alone in this apartment. My husband need to have this conference and away from here for a while. I mean working days usually i am indeed alone til at least til  6pm and my husband arrived. Then i have someone i can tease, talk, fight with.

At the 1st idea of one week alone is kind of exiting but then again after one day it just feel so damn weird. I keep and constantly have this need of going somewhere, but again where? :-S except to my friend place in other town (like 20 minutes from here) or just be in front of my computer and do my personal project, or just learn or simply read.

Damn hard just away from my computer, gosh! now i know how it felt to be an addict :-P

Anyway to make myself busy, i draw one of my friend from sketches - colored - vector style
( i dunno why but i keep draw into drawing human faces specially some people who is close to me at some point) and i kind of like it.

 I guess it will be much more exited if i draw all people i've in contact with and make it in postcard kind of way and one day (after it enough) i will just put it in my living room (when we're settle down somewhere). uh uh it will be so exiting!!!  - talking to myself hehe-

Incubation Time

Its been a while since my last post, arghh...

I was busy with some projects (which is done at least one of 'em - thanks god-) and one revision to go.
Even so i ve no idea what i want to 'do' to make it as the client want, quite tricky (still possible tho) but maybe need some experiment to make it more unique and desirable.

Where the hell is Matt?

After watched " kids react on where the hell is Matt?" i ended up watching whole of his video and it make me  HAPPY + SAD + PROUD + OVERWHELMED and a lot of unrecognized feeling that made me bursted in tears.

My friends gave me this "30 days Drawing" things to fulfilled like few years back and i think its a good to do it. But since simo is on vacations i decided to spend more time with him and made this facebook cover of the week.

the 'IT' factor that i need

I never felt envious when some of my friends get the most up2date Gadget,

Nor the fact that they re becoming the CEO of one of the biggest company in the Country. 

I embrace their happiness with mine, i m very happy that they achieve such a great achievement in their lives with their hard work and effort. 

I never felt envious when some of my friends have their own business, and its growing 

and they re becoming a Successful entrepreneur.

I never felt envious when some of my friends are Drop Dread Gorgeous, and they always have an easy way to get what they want, what they desire or their extra confident boost when they are simply walking in the city.

I never felt envious when some of my friends scored the HOT guys in the universe and willing to gave up everything to be with them.

But i do envy some of my friends who succeed and found their style and characteristic on performing GREAT art and make a living from it. 

That it factor who made me look at my work and teared them apart. 

I m a lost soul. 

No. I  have a Religion and i m faithful to it. 

No. I have a GREAT husband who always support me and loving what he do. 

No. I have a  lovely family (even when its 10.806 km away). 

I had a job, experienced on travelling on my own trough the continent, and speak 5 languages  

(no, well 2 of them is still really2 basic so i shouldn't claim it 5 huh?- ach well i need to brags a little - :-P). 

Well maybe the fact that i have no job now make me felt envy to some of my friends, no ordinary job but job that they love to do. 

should prepare the whip and move the f**k on :-P Rock 'n Roll

Drawing Mood

In my free time (which is TONS of 'em) sometime i've no idea what to do - that won't make me bored eventually- well i made this. I know it hasn't really gave me anything (financially) but i think i get some kind of peace of mind when i draw.

I set up the date ( i have to draw at least 2 a week - i will make it more when its working out :-P-

DAS LEBEN DER ANDEREN

Since i start to learn german again (in order to pass this B2 test in 20 of march) so my new hobbies is watching german movies as much as i can..

the thing is its kinda difficult to find (u know legally, since here European - specially with german speaking movies - are just let say.. unwell marketed)

Its usually more interesting than those all (predicted) Hollywood movies.

well my husband already gave me some of german movies when i was in Innsbruck. Its pretty helpful in this condition (i even remember their line!!! - cos i saw it very often)

S P O R T

 (part1)

Ok I always exiting about sport, sometime it hard to start but after doing it
hmm happy feeling always surround me (u know like those feeling after 'late sport' at nite kind of feeling :-P) . It just simply make me happy :-)

One particular sport i like to do is swimming, you know why? cos i don't have to get sweat afterward and its very refreshing. So started few weeks ago i usually get up in the morning and start to go swim. It took like 30 minutes from my parents house to the city by car, and i usually go with my cousin, he usually do the driving since my driving license is frozen like 5 years ago :-S.

It's been ages since i swim in this city (where i grew up until i was in high school), so my plan was just hunt the best, pleasant, clean and nice swimming pool.

Hotel zamrud (cost like Rp. 8000,-/person ) too bad i didn't took any pics tho :-S.
Comment : well it's for sure very cheap. Its kind of new (at least this place was not exist in 1994-1997 (when i was in school). This is the place where the student go actually (that's what my nephew said to me), hectic and the water also not very clean -since too many people in there-. The changing room also something i cant really say 'nice'. The shower doesn't work and i can't stop thinking to go home fast.

Apita hotel (cost like Rp. 15.000,-/person )
Comment : The nice thing about this place was quite, it seem no body actually going there at 7.30 in the morning! which is nice since i like it when its quite. I can do my round peacefully without sharing with anyone :-P (except my cousins). The swimming pool is getting old, i mean 15 years ago this place was fantastic, clean, very good maintain etc. Apparently people prefer going to Water Boom behind the hotel (they have the same management), definitely should going there to check that place up for sure. The changing room is dirty (not as dirty as the 1st one but still, it could have been better if they maintain it). I can still took a shower there (even tho i still think they should have to clean it more often). They seem also doing some improvement in male changing room.

Santika Hotel (cost Rp. 50.000/person)
comment : Well price do tell actually. I mean with this price we can access their Fitness center, Sauna and swimming pool. All of this is well maintain. After more than 15 years this place hasn't change a lot. What i like the most is that its clean, the swimming pool is clean, the water is nice, the changing room is perfect. I mean compare to all those 2 above this place is amazing. They even also put the liquid shampoo and soap in the shower. Its kind of remind me of my old Fitness center in Jakarta called "Celebrity Fitness", too bad they didn't have it in my city :-S. Well when i swim here i spent like more than 4 hours, and actually i will spend the whole day if i ever visit again :-P.

(PS. This hotel is also where i spent my wedding nite :-P - maybe that's the reason why i like this hotel so much-)

Introduce me to great, fun, inspiring people like Marte & Erik, and their two adorable babies Gina and Thomas (my ex host family), Mirian, Karen, Carla, rakel, debora (my sweetest latino friends who teach me how was it to have fun - even when we were poor :-P-), and monica (my indonesian friend who never gave up to make her dreams come true).

Family Gathering

We have this gathering every 2 months now, to maintain the relationship.
It kind of difficult to maintain the family line when it start to grew.

I mean everybody are busy with their own life, their own family and problems.

This Gathering brought us together, reminded of all good memories and there one of our cousins also give us some religious enlightment which make this gathering more colorful.



I will be missing this gathering for sure, when i already out from Indo.

1st message he sent me. We exchanged our phone number and we meet that saturday in Goldenes Dachl (The Golden Roof. The sun shine even tho it was winter.

It was nice, we just talk and known each other.
I guess the chemistry was always there in the 1st beginning.

when i made my wedding invitation i want it to be 'Vintage' simple and Romantic feel into it.
After few brainstorming with my friends, i choose this one to be my wedding invitation.

I think it was just different than the common indonesian wedding invitation since i also chose the material with the budget that available (which was very tight :-P).

There is a lot debate about using this site. I mean since they give such a low appreciation for designer's creation. I was always be taught in Uni to be Confident, u shouldn't underestimate ur talent, and they (the Client side) also has to give effort on ur thought, ideas and the outcome itself. U cant just sell your logo under $500 for example (especially IF u win the contest) without any assurance that it (ur creation) will not be stolen.

The Red Shoes

Have you ever see this movies? I was into ballet when i was kid. i always get exited to see anything related to ballet and dance. One of them is The Red Shoes. This fairy tale made by Hans Christian Andersen (who didn't know him really?)

There is a dialogue between Lermontov and Vicky, that i like.

Lermontov: Why do you want to dance?
Vicky: Why do you want to live?
Lermontov: Well, I don't know exactly why, but... I must.
Vicky: That's my answer too.



I haven't really find something that make me think like vicky does.
hmm it will be much simple tho, knowing exactly what u love and follow it.

The movie itself is quite tragic (just like i like it :-P hehe),
at the end someone die and no happy ending haha Lol .. Classic!





Wow look what i ve got. While searching for the original movie of The red shoes that was made in 1948, i found a movie with the same tittle but its HORROR movie!! a korean Horror movie inspired by the same story , AWESOME! :-P




Should get this movie for sure! - even i know i kinda late since it was produced in 2005, D**M!!

somehow i felt like its my blood. Always exiting to see something 'interesting' while surfing on the net or in the street. Enjoying and creating is totally different form, i mean u can enjoy but u cant really creating it or not everybody could enjoy your 'art'.

I was always love to draw some nude sketches with live model (took some art class when i was in Bamberg and Oslo). I should start to draw again! i miss it but it just somehow difficult to start something again after awhile :-P. SEMANGAT!!

The Marriage Life

So it happened. we got (At last) married after 2 years 9 months 4 days.
It was a simple wedding, yet still beautiful, intimate and sacred (with little extra additional visitor), no complicated tradition since we are into simplicity (thanks god my family quite liberal about this - usually indonesian will spend a lot of time for traditional tradition which is also good but time and money consuming - which we didn't have :-P )

We might also celebrate it in my husband's family place around summer,
but haven't really planned yet.

there was funny stories that few of my friends from work (Jakarta)- also my ex boss - and college (Bandung) told me in order to get to my wedding (since it held in my home town - like 3,5 hours from Jakarta by train, 5 hours from bandung by car -). They have to catch the train in order to get back home at night, they didn't have chance to enjoy the foods (poor them :-( ).
I really appreciated it. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

After 2 months and 23 days getting married i was only 'enjoy' it for few days.
The paperwork stuff turned out need more time than we expected, cos he is studying in Austria. All my documents has to legalize 2x in some government office and austrian embassy to prove its validity and translated to german (and also has to go trough the same things as before) and then after it all finished i can start to apply for the visa stuff (which might took like 2 - 3 months).
Sigh ...

Na ja, so if i got asked by my friend's "hey lia, how is the married life?"
i will just said this...
